About The Laboratory
The Laboratory of Intelligent Materials and Systems (IMS Lab) at Nanyang Technological University Singapore , advances energy-efficient technologies in non-volatile memory, spintronics, and intelligent sensing. Our research spans device and circuit simulation, micro- and nano-fabrication, and precision magnetic/electronic characterisation, extending to MEMS/NEMS-based biomedical sensing.
